Validate the sensitivity of detector of HPLC by linearity study on Desloratadine drug

Abstract

Validation study generally to ensure the process, that detector is validate for the further process. Validation its named as specification or verification process for to confirm the process or design preactical. Desloratadine drug act as anti- histaminic, its use for the allergic condition, rhinitis, pluritis etc. Its metabolite of loratadine. By the validation study, I would like to confirm the sensitivity of the detector used in HPLC for the force degradation process. By the force degradation process, to confirm the stability of Desloratadine drug at various stress. To demonstrate the linearity of detector response for Desloratadine, prepare solutions of Desloratadine sample to achieve concentrations ranging from 80% to 120% of working test concentration. Injected all concentration solutions in duplicate into the liquid chromatograph & recorded the chromatograms. Calculated the Y-intercept, slope of regression line, correlation coefficient and R2 value.
