Abstract
Mango also referred to as the king of tropical fruits. Mangois an important fruit cropcultivated in tropical regions. Colour pigments are also termed as Carotenoids which are responsible for the characteristic colour ofmango outside colour and pulp. Carotenoids also have a key role in biological functions of animalsand plants.
